Tine cultivator Fantom N/NS

1	Tillage zone. Tillage depth 4–15 cm. The tines arranged in three rows with optimized geometry and small final spacing ensure excellent full-surface tillage and intensive mixing soil with crop residues.
2	Furrow-levelling zone. Levelling elements also increase the spreading out of crop residues.
3	Clods crumbling and soil compaction zone. Optimal soil re-compaction ensures good water infiltration and soil water capillarity to the surface.

There is the asymmetric bar harrow for levelling the surface behind tines. The harrow is characterized by efficient levelling effect and high throughflow for crop residues. The tube roller ensures optimal soil re-compaction and also precise deep guiding of the machine.

Due to its design, the Fantom cultivator is very versatile and can be used both for stubble-cultivation and pre-sowing tillage, as well as for incorporation manure. Low machine weight decreases loading of the rear tractors parts during transportation. Abrasion-resistant steel

The time-tested tines are made of high-strength abrasion-resistant steels fitted with carbide plates. The variant with hard facings along the guiding increases the lifespan of the tines even more.

Spring protection

Durable and maintenance-free spring protection with high release force of 310 kg on the tip of the tine.

Quick clamping system of chisels

The quick clamping system of chisels (wedge, bolt) enables very fast replacement of the chisels without loss risk of the working units.

Easy operation

Due to minimum adjusting and lubricating points the operation and subsequent maintenance are very easy steps that anybody can perform. Working depth adjustment or levelling harrows in this case is a simple mechanical adjustment of the machine.

Full-surface stubble cultivation

Proper selection of the type of the rear roller contributing significantly to the final quality of the tillage is very important. The soil is recompacted by the roller and then it is the same way crumbled and levelled. The selection of the type of the roller depends on the soil type and on the manner of use of the machine.
